硅(gui)橡(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)早期(qi)是由(you)美(mei)國(guo)(guo)以三氯化(hua)鐵為催化(hua)劑合(he)成(cheng)的。1945年,硅(gui)橡(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)產品問世。1948年,采(cai)用高比表面(mian)積(ji)的氣相法白炭黑補(bu)強的硅(gui)橡(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)制成(cheng)功,使硅(gui)橡(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)的性能(neng)躍(yue)升到實(shi)用階段(duan),奠定(ding)了現代硅(gui)橡(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)生產技術的基礎。從二甲基二氯硅(gui)烷合(he)成(cheng)開始(shi)生產硅(gui)橡(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)的國(guo)(guo)家有美(mei)國(guo)(guo)。俄羅斯、德國(guo)(guo)、日本、韓國(guo)(guo)和中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)等。中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)硅(gui)橡(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)的工業化(hua)研(yan)究始(shi)于1957年,多家研(yan)究所和企業陸續開發出各種硅(gui)橡(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)。到2003年底,中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)硅(gui)橡(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)生產能(neng)力為135千(qian)噸(dun),其(qi)中(zhong)高溫膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)100千(qian)噸(dun)。

高溫硫化硅橡膠

高(gao)溫硫(liu)化(hua)(hua)硅橡膠(jiao)(jiao)是(shi)指聚硅氧(yang)烷(wan)變(bian)成(cheng)(cheng)彈性體(ti)的(de)過(guo)程是(shi)經過(guo)高(gao)溫(110-170℃)硫(liu)化(hua)(hua)成(cheng)(cheng)型的(de)。它(ta)主要以高(gao)分子量的(de)聚甲基乙烯基硅氧(yang)烷(wan)為生膠(jiao)(jiao),混入補強(qiang)填料、硫(liu)化(hua)(hua)劑等(deng),在加(jia)熱加(jia)壓下硫(liu)化(hua)(hua)成(cheng)(cheng)彈性體(ti)。硅橡膠(jiao)(jiao)的(de)補強(qiang)主要是(shi)各(ge)(ge)種(zhong)(zhong)類型的(de)白炭黑,可(ke)使硫(liu)化(hua)(hua)膠(jiao)(jiao)的(de)強(qiang)度增(zeng)加(jia)數(shu)十倍。有時(shi)為了降低成(cheng)(cheng)本或改善膠(jiao)(jiao)料性能及賦予硫(liu)化(hua)(hua)膠(jiao)(jiao)各(ge)(ge)種(zhong)(zhong)特殊的(de)性能,也加(jia)入相(xiang)應的(de)各(ge)(ge)種(zhong)(zhong)添(tian)加(jia)劑。硫(liu)化(hua)(hua)劑是(shi)各(ge)(ge)種(zhong)(zhong)有機過(guo)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)物或加(jia)成(cheng)(cheng)反應催(cui)化(hua)(hua)劑。

加工成型方(fang)法如圖所示。一次(ci)硫化(hua)(hua)的目的是進(jin)行高(gao)分子鏈(lian)的交聯反應;二(er)次(ci)硫化(hua)(hua)的目的是進(jin)行補充(chong)交聯、驅除(chu)硫化(hua)(hua)劑分解產物和其他(ta)揮(hui)發(fa)性化(hua)(hua)合物以穩定硫化(hua)(hua)膠的各(ge)項性能。常(chang)用的設(she)備有開放(fang)式煉膠機、捏合機及真(zhen)空密煉機。

主要性能

(1)高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)。硅(gui)橡(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)顯著的(de)(de)(de)特(te)征是(shi)高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)穩定性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing),雖然(ran)常(chang)(chang)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)下硅(gui)橡(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)的(de)(de)(de)強度(du)僅是(shi)天然(ran)橡(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)或某些(xie)合成橡(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)的(de)(de)(de)一半,但在200℃以上的(de)(de)(de)高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)環境下,硅(gui)橡(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)仍(reng)能(neng)(neng)保持一定的(de)(de)(de)柔韌性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)、回彈性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)和(he)表面(mian)硬(ying)度(du),且力(li)學(xue)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)無明顯變化。(2)低(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)硅(gui)橡(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)的(de)(de)(de)玻(bo)璃化溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)一般為(wei)-70~-50℃,特(te)殊配方可(ke)達-100℃,表明其(qi)低(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)優(you)異。這(zhe)對航空、宇(yu)航工業的(de)(de)(de)意(yi)義重(zhong)大。(3)耐(nai)候性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)硅(gui)橡(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)中(zhong)Si-O-Si鍵對氧(yang)(yang)、臭氧(yang)(yang)及紫外(wai)線等(deng)十分穩定,在不加(jia)任(ren)何(he)添加(jia)劑(ji)的(de)(de)(de)情況下,就具(ju)(ju)(ju)有(you)優(you)良的(de)(de)(de)耐(nai)候性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)。(4)電氣性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)。硅(gui)橡(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)具(ju)(ju)(ju)有(you)優(you)異的(de)(de)(de)絕緣(yuan)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng),耐(nai)電暈性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)和(he)耐(nai)電弧性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)也非常(chang)(chang)好。(5)物理(li)(li)機械性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)。硅(gui)橡(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)常(chang)(chang)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)下的(de)(de)(de)物理(li)(li)機械性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)比通用橡(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)差,但在150℃的(de)(de)(de)高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)和(he)-50℃的(de)(de)(de)低(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)下,其(qi)物理(li)(li)機械性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)優(you)于通用橡(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)。(6)耐(nai)油及化學(xue)試劑(ji)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)。普通硅(gui)橡(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)具(ju)(ju)(ju)有(you)中(zhong)等(deng)的(de)(de)(de)耐(nai)油、耐(nai)溶劑(ji)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)。(7)氣體(ti)透過(guo)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)。室溫(wen)(wen)(wen)下硅(gui)橡(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)對空氣、氮、氧(yang)(yang)、二氧(yang)(yang)化碳等(deng)氣體(ti)的(de)(de)(de)透氣性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)比天然(ran)橡(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)高(gao)出30-50倍。(8)生(sheng)理(li)(li)惰(duo)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)。硅(gui)橡(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)無毒(du),無味,無嗅,與人體(ti)組(zu)織不粘(zhan)連,具(ju)(ju)(ju)有(you)抗凝血作(zuo)用,對肌體(ti)組(zu)織的(de)(de)(de)反(fan)應(ying)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)非常(chang)(chang)少。特(te)別適合作(zuo)為(wei)醫(yi)用材料。
