在國內外針對(dui)植物(wu)源農(nong)藥的(de)(de)研(yan)究已(yi)經取(qu)得了(le)一些成(cheng)(cheng)果,但(dan)已(yi)經成(cheng)(cheng)型的(de)(de)劑型卻很少,原因是在植物(wu)源農(nong)藥的(de)(de)研(yan)究過(guo)程中(zhong)還存在很多的(de)(de)不(bu)足(zu)之(zhi)處,例如(ru):活性(xing)(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)分(fen)(fen)的(de)(de)復雜性(xing)(xing)和含量的(de)(de)不(bu)穩(wen)(wen)定(ding)(ding)性(xing)(xing)。天然產物(wu)的(de)(de)穩(wen)(wen)定(ding)(ding)性(xing)(xing),從(cong)(cong)植物(wu)中(zhong)提取(qu)分(fen)(fen)離(li)的(de)(de)活性(xing)(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)分(fen)(fen),雖然從(cong)(cong)結構(gou)上看與(yu)傳統化(hua)(hua)學農(nong)藥沒有什么差別(bie),但(dan)它與(yu)傳統化(hua)(hua)學合成(cheng)(cheng)農(nong)藥的(de)(de)本質(zhi)在于其(qi)穩(wen)(wen)定(ding)(ding)性(xing)(xing)較(jiao)差,從(cong)(cong)植物(wu)中(zhong)提取(qu)分(fen)(fen)離(li)活性(xing)(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)分(fen)(fen),其(qi)組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)之(zhi)復雜超過(guo)人們的(de)(de)預期,這不(bu)僅(jin)使(shi)提取(qu)分(fen)(fen)離(li)工作較(jiao)難,而且難以明(ming)確各成(cheng)(cheng)分(fen)(fen)之(zhi)間的(de)(de)關系到底是協同、增效(xiao)還是拮抗(kang),給殺(sha)蟲抗(kang)病機理研(yan)究造成(cheng)(cheng)了(le)困難。常出現是殺(sha)蟲效(xiao)果好,但(dan)說不(bu)清其(qi)根(gen)本原因。
在自然界(jie)可(ke)以被其他生物利用(yong)分(fen)解。這一(yi)方(fang)面是(shi)它的優(you)點,但在應用(yong)中(zhong)將面臨穩定性較差的難(nan)題。一(yi)般的液(ye)劑(ji),其保持期很難(nan)超過(guo)年。制劑(ji)加工(gong)的特(te)殊性,由于植物提(ti)取的成分(fen)復雜(za)和種類繁多,要求在制劑(ji)加工(gong)過(guo)程中(zhong),必須采用(yong)不同方(fang)法加工(gong)或采用(yong)不同的劑(ji)型,使(shi)應用(yong)效果(guo)大限度(du)地(di)得以發揮。
